Reservations and Payments

To secure a reservation, a valid credit card is required. Depending on the package selected, full or partial payment may be required either at the time of booking or upon arrival. For promotional offers or special rates, full prepayment may be required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations cannot be processed directly through our website. The ability to cancel depends on various factors, including the month of booking, number of rooms reserved, the season, and the nature of the event. Cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits may apply as outlined in your booking confirmation. Please contact our Back Office for detailed information regarding cancellations.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: Begins at 2:00 PM.
Check-Out: Required by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please notify us in advance if you wish to request these services.

Occupancy Limits

Each room or accommodation has a maximum occupancy limit of 3 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or denial of accommodation for extra guests. All guests must be registered with the resort.

Guest Conduct

We expect all guests to act responsibly and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. Disruptive behaviour, including excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or damage to property, may result in termination of your stay without a refund and potential involvement of local authorities.

Liability and Damages

The resort is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items. Guests are advised to use in-room safes when available and secure their belongings. Any damages to resort property, whether intentional or accidental, will be charged to your account, including any associated cleaning or repair fees.

Health, Safety, and Security

For the safety and well-being of all guests, compliance with resort health and safety guidelines is mandatory. This includes adherence to COVID-19 protocols (if applicable) and other regulatory requirements. The resort reserves the right to deny access or services to guests who do not comply with these guidelines.

Use of Facilities and Services

Guests are welcome to use our facilities, including the pool, spa, dining areas, and recreational amenities, in accordance with resort rules. Some services may require reservations or incur additional fees. Use of these facilities is at your own risk, and Prana Resorts and Banquets LLP is not liable for accidents or injuries sustained while using resort amenities.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Prana Resorts and Banquets LLP reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the guest’s responsibility to review them prior to arrival. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
